Where we shine

Complicated Obstacles and Opportunities

We are outside the box problem solvers. We have worked with companies as small as single-person operation, as large as Fortune 100, world renowned institutions and most everything in between. Common themes our clients come to us with include: strategy, highly complex problems that need creative solutions, planning and executing the most sophisticated projects, connecting silo teams, systems and processes; business process re-engineering to eliminate waste and, identifying areas of opportunity.

New Product Development

There’s so much that goes into creating something from nothing. Time, energy, money, [blood, sweat &] tears and, most of all… passion. We love new product development projects because we’re incredibly passionate about two things: building innovative solutions and solving complicated problems for large groups of people. The opportunity to create a new product from nothing (or picking up where someone else left off, as we often find) is the perfect conduit to serve both of these passions.

User Experience and Product Design

User experience is about more than just making things look pretty. It’s about the fit, form and function of each user interaction point AND making things look good. Users of your product and your own employees using other products all benefit from an efficient user experience that has thoughtful design. More often than not, companies are losing sales, recurring revenue, margin or opportunity to inefficient workflows or inadequate tools. The challenge is that you only learn efficiency through experience; either your own or someone else’s. Technology is a tool that, if designed effectively, should eliminate productivity waste and produce tangible, measurable results.

Enterprise Architecture

Having the right software products with the right data in place will enable your business to soar to new heights. Tracking, maintaining and monitoring value across multiple products is a hassle. Enterprise Architecture is the conduit between all the roaming pieces of your organization. Architects strive to ensure that your business is getting the value that you deserve out of the products you implement while enabling a creative and collaborative culture focused on user experience and technology. An enterprise architect will also strive to ensure that each product and business process is aligned with corporate values, vision, strategy and roadmap.
